SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Due to increased order volume surrounding the launch of HUNNY, please allow 5–7 business days for order processing.
Many orders may ship sooner, but processing times may be extended during launches, sales, holidays, and high-volume periods.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship through USPS and UPS.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping timelines are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.
Please allow the carrier adequate time to scan and process your package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Hunny House is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Customers without Re:Do Protection must file claims directly with USPS or UPS.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
Combined Orders
We are happy to combine multiple orders whenever possible.
Free Shipping Qualification
Free shipping only applies when a single order reaches the free shipping threshold.
Separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for free shipping.
Multiple Orders
If orders are combined:

If one order qualified for free shipping, duplicate shipping charges may be refunded.

If no order qualified for free shipping, duplicate shipping charges may be refunded less one shipping charge.
Order combinations are not guaranteed and depend on fulfillment status.
