Preorder Policy

At Hunny House, preorder items allow you to secure highly requested pieces before they arrive in-store. Please carefully review the information below before placing a preorder.

Shipping Timeline
Preorder items ship once we receive them from our vendor. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page; however, these are estimates only. Vendor delays may occur due to production, shipping, or supply chain factors that are outside of our control.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order will ship together once the preorder item arrives unless otherwise arranged.

Delays
While we do our best to provide accurate arrival dates, delays can occasionally happen. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as preorder timelines are dependent on vendor fulfillment.

Cancellations
Preorders cannot be canceled once placed. We specifically order inventory based on preorder quantities, and because of this, all preorder sales are final until the item is received.

Returns
Once your preorder item has been delivered, it falls under our standard return policy. Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our return requirements.
