Before You Place A Preorder

Preorder items allow you to reserve highly anticipated products before inventory arrives.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

All preorder timelines are estimates.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, customs, freight, weather, or supply chain disruptions.

We will provide updates whenever possible.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will ship once all items are available.

We recommend placing separate orders if you would like in-stock items sooner.

Preorders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Inventory is ordered specifically based on preorder demand.

Once delivered, preorder items follow our standard return policy and may be returned for store credit if eligible.
